# Manage your Users

## **Users Page Overview**

The **Users page** under the **Operations** section serves as the **central database for managing all learners** on your platform. It gives you **complete visibility and control** over every user who has signed up for your program or course.

Whether you're running a coaching institute, managing multiple classes, or overseeing an online learning platform, this page is where you monitor user activity, assign learning content, upgrade user access, and track individual progress — all from one dashboard.

### **What is the Users Page For?**

Think of this page as your **admin control center for users**. It allows you to:

* View a complete list of all enrolled users
* Track user activity (sign-up, logins, plan status, usage)
* Assign or change learning journeys
* Upgrade or grant access to paid plans
* Dive into user-specific performance analytics
* Export reports or import new users in bulk

This page removes the need for spreadsheets, manual trackers, or switching between tools. Everything you need to manage learners is integrated into one place.

### **Key Capabilities of the Users Page**

#### 1. **Access a Complete User Database**

Every person who has ever enrolled, joined a course, or been added via CSV import will appear here.

You can:

* Filter by course
* Sort by sign-up date or plan
* Search by name or email
* See real-time user login status

This gives you instant visibility into who your learners are and how they’re engaging with your program.

***

#### 2. **Understand Each User’s Status**

Next to each user, you’ll find:

* **Plan type**: Free, Pro, or Pro Max
* **Access permissions**: Whether access has been granted or needs to be upgraded
* **Last login**: Know who is active, inactive, or needs a reminder
* **Learning journey**: See what course content or test prep path they’re currently assigned to

This gives you an at-a-glance view of how your learners are progressing and what support they may need.

#### 3. **Grant or Upgrade Plan Access**

Not every user starts on a paid plan. From here, you can manually:

* Grant access to **Pro** or **Pro Max** plans
* Upgrade users who need more advanced content
* See who already has access vs. who is pending approval

This helps you quickly control access without going into billing systems or making changes elsewhere.

***

#### 4. **Assign Learning Journeys**

Each user can be assigned a **Journey**, which is a structured path of lessons, practice tests, and resources.

For example, you might assign:

* “DSAT Medium” to students early in the year
* “DSAT Hard” for final prep
* “Practice Only” journeys for revisions

You can assign, update, or track what journey each user is currently following — all from this page.

#### 5. **Track Analytics for Each User**

Each user row includes a **View** link under Analytics. Clicking this opens a detailed dashboard showing:

* Their test performance
* Time spent on modules
* Mastery levels across topics
* Activity history over time

This insight helps you personalize support, run interventions, or communicate progress with students and parents.

***

#### 6. **Import and Export Users in Bulk**

Managing users one-by-one isn’t practical at scale — and the platform solves that:

* **Import Users**: You can bulk-upload user details using a downloadable CSV template. This is ideal when onboarding a full classroom or batch.

* **Export Data**: You can export selected user data for reporting, tracking, or integration with other systems. Choose which fields to include — name, email, plan, avatar access, journey, signup date, etc.

This helps with both setup and reporting across institutions or classes.
