# Scheduled Test Analytics

### What is Scheduled Test Analytics?

Scheduled Test Analytics helps you understand **how students performed in a specific test** — such as a mock test or sectional test — that was scheduled ahead of time for a group (like a batch or selected students).

Think of it like looking at the **results and analysis** for one exam. You can see how many students performed well, which questions they struggled with, and what areas need improvement.

***

### How to Use It

You start by selecting the test you want to analyze from the dropdown. Once selected, you will see all the important details related to that specific test:

* **Test Name**
* **Test Type** (Mock, Diagnostic, etc.)
* **Subject or Category**
* **Test Date & Time**
* **Teacher who assigned the test**
* **Assigned Students or Batch**

This information helps you confirm you’re looking at the right test.

### Key Metrics & What They Mean

#### 1. **Performance Zones: Red, Yellow, Green**

You’ll see how many students fall into each performance zone:

* **Red Zone** – These students scored low and need immediate help.
* **Yellow Zone** – These students are doing okay but have room for improvement.
* **Green Zone** – These students performed well.

This gives you a quick idea of how the whole group did and helps you decide where to focus your attention first.

***

#### 2. **Student Mastery Score List**

Below the zones, you’ll find a list of all students who took the test along with:

* **Their LQ Mastery Score** – A number showing how well they’ve mastered the skills tested.
* A link to **View Analytics** for each student – This opens deeper insights specific to the learner.

This section lets you pick out individual students and understand their test performance in detail.

### Deep-Dive Visual Analytics

Several charts and visuals help you see exactly where the class is doing well or struggling. These include:

***

#### 3. **Frequency of Errors Analysis**

This shows which topics students made the most mistakes in.

* For example, if 82% of students got a question in **Complex Numbers** wrong, it appears with a tall red bar.
* AI also suggests the **top 3 weak topics** based on this data.

**How this helps:**\
This tells you where most students are confused. You can schedule a revision session or assign practice specifically in those areas.

***

#### 4. **Time Management**

This shows how much time students spent on different math, reading, or writing topics.

* The red bars show your students' average time.
* The grey bars show overall average time (for comparison).
* AI highlights **which topics are taking too long** and need better time strategies.

**How this helps:**\
Helps you teach students how to manage time better, especially in exams where speed matters.

***

#### 5. **Question-by-Question Analysis**

This breaks down how each question in the test was handled:

* You can switch between **Error Analysis** and **Time Management** modes.
* Each question shows the percentage of students who got it wrong.
* You can even **click on the question** to preview it, see the correct answer, and check which students got it wrong.

**How this helps:**\
You can find which questions were the hardest, confusing, or poorly attempted. Use this to explain those questions again in class.

***

#### 6. **LQ Mastery Level**

This shows how well students understood each topic in the test.

* It breaks down performance into topics like **Linear Equations** or **Statistics**.
* Each topic has an average mastery level such as:
  * **Expert**
  * **Advanced**
  * **Intermediate**
  * **Novice**
* AI also gives the **top 3 areas for improvement**.

**How this helps:**\
Gives you a clear picture of the class’s strengths and weaknesses. You can now group students by mastery level and offer targeted help.

***

#### 7. **Strengths and Weaknesses Table**

This table shows detailed stats for each student on one topic at a time (you can select the topic at the top):

* **Mastery Score**
* **Chat Count** (number of questions asked or attempted)
* **Time Trained**
* **Questions Correct vs. Total**
* Direct link to view more **Detailed Analytics**

**How this helps:**\
Allows you to pinpoint if someone is falling behind in one specific concept. For example, a student might have only 4/12 correct in "Command of Evidence." That means they need practice or one-on-one help.

### Example Use Case

Let’s say you just ran a “Mock Test 2” for your March Batch. You check Scheduled Test Analytics and find:

* 42 students are in the red zone.
* Most errors happened in "Complex Numbers" and "Area & Volume."
* Students are taking too long on "Graphical Inference" questions.

Using this, you can:

* Run a **remedial session** for weak topics.
* Teach **time-saving strategies**.
* Give **targeted practice** to the red zone students.
