A batch in VEGA AI represents a group of students enrolled for a specific test category within a defined timeframe. The batch system helps educators organize and monitor student groups effectively.
The batch dashboard displays batches with the following status indicators:
All Batches (12): Complete list of all batches in the system
Active (1): Currently running batches
Completed (5): Batches that have finished their scheduled duration
Upcoming (1): Future batches that haven't started yet
Archived (5): Batches that have been moved to archive status
The dashboard shows the following columns for each batch:
Batch Name
Start Date
End Date
Status
Test Category
Number of Teachers
Number of Students
Action Options
Click the "Add New Batch" button in the top-right corner of the Batches page
Fill in the required information:
Batch Name: Enter a unique identifier for the batch
Test Category: Select from available options (e.g., Digital SAT)
Batch Start Date: Select the commencement date
Batch End Date: Select the completion date
Under "ADD/REMOVE TEACHERS":
Use the search field to find specific teachers
Select individual teachers or use "Select All Teachers" option
View total number of selected teachers
Under "ADD/REMOVE STUDENTS":
Use the search field to find specific students
Select individual students or use "Select All Students" option
View total number of selected students
Each batch entry provides two main action options:
Edit: Modify batch details, including:
Dates
Teachers
Students
Other batch parameters
Archive: Move completed batches to archived status for better organization
