3. Student Management

3.1 Overview

The Student Management section provides a centralized interface for viewing and managing student information, subscription plans, and access controls. The system allows administrators to manage thousands of students efficiently.

3.2 Student Records

Dashboard Layout

The student dashboard displays comprehensive information in a tabular format with the following columns:

• Name

• Email

• Sign-up Date

• Plan

• Grant Access

• View Analytics

Search and Filtering

• Use the search bar to find students by name

• Records are displayed with pagination (5 rows per page by default)

• Navigate through pages using forward and back arrows

3.3 Access Management

Plan Types

The system offers different subscription plans:

1. FREE

2. • Default plan for new registrations

   • Limited access to platform features

3. ESSENTIAL

4. • Premium access level

   • Full feature availability

Granting Access

1. Click the "Grant" button next to a student

2. A modal window appears with:

   • Plan selection options:

   • • STARTER

     • ESSENTIAL

4. Click "Grant Access" to confirm the change

3.4 Data Export

Export Configuration

Access the export feature through the "Export" button in the top-right corner.

4. • Maximum limit: 1000 records

   • Configurable through input field

Export Process

1. Select desired date range

2. Set record limit

3. Choose required fields

4. Click "Export" button

5. Click "Cancel" to abort the export process
